There are many qualities and skills that go into being an excellent real estate professional - integrity, in-depth community and market knowledge, marketing savvy, effective negotiation skills and a high-quality professional network, all of which are hallmarks of how I work. That said, in my experience as a Saint Simons Island real estate professional, I've also found that providing the very best service is essentially about putting my clients first. This means keeping myself accessible, being a good listener as well as a good communicator, and responding quickly to your needs. I work hard for my clients and provide them with the highest level of service that there is. I don't view myself as a pushy salesperson, but as a consultant. I strive to work with my clients as a team. I listen and understand your goals so that I can help you attain those goals while making informed and well thought out decisions. Ask any of my clients and they will tell you that I put their needs first. This "client first" philosophy has always been my approach and it requires me to continually improve my skills and ways of doing business. In addition, I've found that the latest technologies are enabling me to do everything I've always done, only much more quickly and efficiently. They've also helped me to extend the range of services I provide to my clients.
Having grown up on St. Simons Island, I've seen the island grow and develop over the years. Before returning to St. Simons I spent twelve years in the banking industry working in various areas such as personnel, personal investment sales, and personal trust account adminstration and money management. When my husband and I returned to St. Simons I decided this was my chance to try a field in which I had always had an interest - Real Estate! What a perfect choice! I love what I do. I've found that my banking background has provided me with a solid foundation on which to build my Real Estate business.
